Mel Cheren aka, "The Godfather of Disco" and the founder of the legendary disco label West End Records passed away today. I dedicate tonight's "Club Cabana" and tomorrow's "Studio" to the legend that helped bring us so much great music. Mel, you are a legend, and have influenced my life and many others to a degree I'm sure none of us could ever explain, you will never be forgotten...
