I've mentioned the Saturday Night Band's 1978 debut album Come On Dance, Dance in the past on this blog, however here is "Let's Make It A Party" from their 1979 follow-up Keep Those Lovers Dancing". This record is another solid project from the Jesse Boyce and Moses Dillard production team that also brought the disco world Constellation Orchestra and Frisky. Many of the tracks on the album were mixed by François Kevorkian and consisted the lovely vocals of Lorraine Johnson. This also marked the final release from the disco project. Even though the concept was short lived, Saturday Night Band made their mark with put together two solid records.
