Get Yourself Together

It's been awhile since The Rapture rocked the dancefloor with "House of the Jealous Lovers", "Sister Savior" and the 2001 Sub Pop release "Out Of The Races And Onto The Tracks". After having a quiet 2005, this "dance punk" four-peice is back with their new single " Get Myself Into it". This single will be released on the new album Pieces of the People We Love which was co-produced by Ewan Pearson, Paul "Phones" Epworth as well as Danger Mouse. This album is slated for a September 12th release through Mercury / Universal. It seems like this album is going to be even more produced than the previous 2004 Echoes album, experimenting with more bass driven grooves and live horns. I personally like the much-leaked "W.A.Y.U.H." better, however the new single is still a solid track. Have a listen and come up with your own opinion.
