As Valentines Day approaches, are you wanting some more Black Cock....edits? Who doesn't? I definitely can't seem to get enough of these disco re-edits by this production team of DJ Harvey and Gerry Rooney. With Black Cock Records closing up shop a while back, these edits have become, at times, expensive and hard-to-find. Here is one of my personal Black Cock favorites, entitled "Love Is Everything", from the groups 1998 Love Hotel EP. The track is an edit of The Mighty Clouds Of Joy's 1975 funky cut "Everything Is Love" from their album Kickin'. Eh, they may be bootlegs. But they sound and look great. Still recommended.
