I've been a fan of Demis Roussos for quite sometime. The David Mancuso-look alike has released some amazing disco-friendly cuts during the later half of the seventies including "L.O.V.E. Got A Hold Of Me" and "I Dig You". That being said, I find that the Greek singer's music can sometimes be a bit of a "hit-or-miss". I find that I can't really get into many of his slower songs, which unfortunitely dominated the material of most of his releases. However, his uptempo and more danceable music was pretty remarkable which brings me to his 1977 album cut "Let It Happen". One of the two amazing songs (the other being "I Dig You") off his The Demis Roussos Magic LP. This funky track helps capture the brilliance of Demis Roussos when he is at his best. Looking back, I just wish he would of explored the more disco/funky-side of his music a bit more. Enjoy the weekend!Demis Roussos - Let It Happen
